Orders are dispatched from our atelier in Ankara and delivered via UPS or FedEx within 4–5 business days. Delivery times exclude possible delays caused by customs clearance and inspection. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves Ankara.

No. Import duties and taxes are included in our prices. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged, in original condition with all packaging, dust bag and tags.

Request your return through our online portal or email hello@leathervelora.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label.

Return shipping is paid by the customer: a flat $25 fee and any customs charges on the return are deducted from your refund. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover all costs.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged once personalization has been applied, except where required by applicable law.

VELORA 40°N collection: cowhide leather and suede, most pieces lined in nubuck. The exact leather and lining of each piece are listed in its product description.

Our other pieces: full-grain Tiana calf leather, unlined: the inside shows the natural suede-textured side of the leather.

Every piece is made by hand in Türkiye.

Leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, tone and markings are part of its character and are not defects. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
