Leather Care

Every VELORA piece is made by hand in Türkiye. Our core collection is crafted from full-grain Tiana calf leather; VELORA 40°N pieces are made from cowhide leather and suede. Leather is a natural material, so every hide is unique: small marks, grain variations, and slight differences in tone are part of its character. With use, the leather softens and develops its own patina.

How to care

• Wipe only with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Never use a damp or wet cloth, water, or wipes: moisture can leave permanent marks on natural leather.
• Do not use household cleaners, solvents, oils, or polishes.
• Keep away from rain, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
• Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, hand sanitizer, and makeup.
• Lighter shades may pick up color from dark denim.

Suede

• Brush gently with a soft suede brush, always in one direction, to lift the nap and remove dust.
• Do not wipe suede with a cloth, and keep it away from water and moisture.

Storage

Fill your piece with tissue paper to help it keep its shape, and store it in its dust bag in a cool, dry place. Avoid plastic bags, and do not hang bags by the strap for long periods.

Marks, stains, discoloration, or damage caused by water or moisture, wiping with a damp cloth, chemicals, heat, sharp objects, or other improper use or care are not manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
